The 2025 Audi Q7 earned the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) Top Safety Pick+ designation. It received Good ratings in the small overlap front, updated moderate overlap front, and updated side crashworthiness tests. The Q7 also earned a Good+ rating for LATCH ease of use, which is always something I love to see in a family SUV.
